     Dear Vintages Chocolate Lover,

     You're receiving this advance notice because you've savored Vintages' version of  "liquid dessert" before. Of course, I'm referring to the luscious Chocolate-Raspberry Port served up during this last holiday season.

     As you recall, this fortified wine begins with very sweet, late-harvest Zinfandel grapes.  The juice is then slightly oxidized -- giving it a nutty, creamy finish.

     And after this -- something extra-special.  The batch of grape juice is infused with chocolate-raspberry puree ... and finished off with 600 milliliters of brandy.

     More than a few of our Vintages clientele discovered first-hand why we called this port, "Dessert in a bottle."  And we sold out.

     While I was very pleased this treat was a hit, many of those who fermented the Chocolate-Raspberry Port wanted another batch.  But this wasn't possible because the all-natural puree used in the port-making process has to be specially ordered (and made to my exact specifications).

     The quantity is very limited.

     I'm about to place an order for this puree with our producer, so if you love the Choco-Ras Port you'll be guaranteed to have this one-of-a-kind dessert treat on your wine shelf this Fall ... and not-too-distant holiday season.
