It’s time to sprinkle the magic of our wine and food pairings  onto Wyoming’s dining scene!

I’m thrilled to spotlight Petrina and her artistry, weaving together local flavors in a dance of dishes that will make your taste buds sing in harmony with our handpicked wines.

Seating is limited for an exclusive and immersive wine and food pairing experience. Indulge in perfectly portioned servings of Rib Eye, Pork, and Chicken. (see below)

When wine and food harmonize seamlessly, it’s akin to experiencing a crescendo in a symphony. This fusion taps into our primal instincts, creating a feel that leaves no doubt—we’ve stumbled upon the ultimate sensory feast.

It’s a reveal, where food elevates the wine and wine enhances the food.

Join me, as I orchestrate an unforgettable tasting experience. We’ll dive into these succulent creations with Rich Reds, Crisp Whites and a Rose’…finishing off with a dessert wine that takes the passion fruit to passionate levels.

To your surprise I’ll introduce wines that boldly/badly clash with the food. Wines that absolutely repel the food, so you LEARN not with words but with your senses… WHAT NOT TO HAVE with certain food choices!
Yes, you’ll finish the eve with a full satisfying gustatory exploration but most importantly you’ll take home with you some wine serving tips and tools to utilize when you have your next dinner party.
Pairing Menu:
Curried chicken tenderloins served with a sweet coconut red curry (3oz portion).
Ribeye steak served with herb teriyaki sauce (3oz portion).
Slow cooked pork shoulder in a green chili sauce, and crackers (3oz portion).
Desert:
An Explosion of flavors that include Fruit tart, Passion fruit and coconut pastry cream, Fresh raspberry, Mango and mint (This pastry is egg-free and dairy-free).
